In May 2003, a delegation of 15 English-speaking educators from Quebec (adult and vocational centre directors, school board administrators, commissioners, university professors, community education organizers, ministry staff) visited 4 European countries and the OECD. Their purpose was to explore how the concepts of Lifelong Learning which characterize the Québec government's Policy on Adult Education and Continuing Education and Training have been put into practice. Their report examines how these experience can influence the implementation of these concepts in Québec's English-speaking sector.
