This service enables the holder of a diploma to obtain an official document (8½" x 11") for the purpose of demonstrating to a third party (employer, university, etc.) that he or she received the diploma in question.

To obtain this service:

• Use the electronic form

OR

• Make a written request indicating the service required and the surname, first name, sex, date of birth, mailing address, program of studies and, if possible, the permanent code of the diploma holder concerned.
