Confirmation of a college diploma

This service enables an employer, an investigations firm or any other third party to obtain confirmation that a college diploma was awarded to an individual. The written consent of the latter is required.

Procedure to follow:

  • Obtain a written consent to release personal information from each individual concerned.

  • Complete online the applicable Request for confirmation of college diploma form and print it out.

  • Send the form and the consent(s) by fax to 418-643-0751, or by mail to the following address:
