This service makes it possible to obtain a certified specimen of the signature of the person at the Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec authorized to sign official documents concerning the certification of college studies, particularly document certifications.

To obtain this service:

Make a request indicating the service required and the complete mailing address where the specimen signature should be sent.
