In Québec, we’re on the move!

Québec Sports and Physical Activity Day and the active weekend that follows it are opportunities for the population to rediscover the pleasure of being active, playing sports and participating in physical activities of all kinds and in all places. By holding these activities in the spring, the Québec government hopes to remind Quebeckers how fun and easy it is to adopt an active lifestyle at this time of year and maintain it all year long.

On May 5, 6, 7 and 8, all Quebeckers are encouraged to cycle, walk, skate, jump, dance and, above all, get moving for the rest of their lives! There are activities being organized all over Québec. To see what's happening, click on Where to get moving in Québec or check out the calendar of activities on Facebook.
