Register of personal information
The register contains a record of all transmission or usage of personal information carried out without the consent of the person concerned, and of all personal information collected for another public organization. It provides information about the circulation of personal information held by the Ministère.
To facilitate consultation of the register, it has been divided as follows:
- Transmission of personal information (French only)
- Transmission for investigation or verification purposes (French only)
- Agreement on the collection of personal information (French only)
- Use of personal information for another reason (French only)
