Hats Off to You! - Application Guide - 2012-2013 Contest
The Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS) invites women enrolled in vocational and technical training programs leading to traditionally male-dominated trades and occupations to enter the contest. The Hats Off to You! contest:

recognizes women who choose a traditionally male-dominated career

promotes the success of female students within a predominantly male group

showcases successful female role models that go beyond gender stereotypes
